It was my pleasure in July of 2001 to meet
Mr Stephen B. Young
He lives with his lovely wife Elaine in the Boston area.
We spent the afternoon remembering
Dec. 7th 1941.
We laughed about some of his shipmates as we spoke about the book he wrote
"Escaped from Pearl Harbor".
My day with Mr and Mrs Young went very fast, and it was hard to say goodbye.
Mr. Young passed away not too long after my visit
